Talking Heads Aveda Concept Salon

I am new to the Cincinnati area and so this was one of the first salons that I called. It just so happens that I missed an appointment there because of a death in my family. I went out of town and the last thing on my mind was this salon appt. Well, the next day before I could call to remake an appointment and aplogize for not being able to make it. The owner called and left a nasty voice mail on my phone! His exact words were: \t\n\t\n"Yea, we just wanted to thank you for no showing us, so you can take your nappy a** hair somewhere else and get it flat ironed and a bump, because i called you on Monday & you assured me that you would be here for your appointment. We were marked out for an hour and the salon lost money and we want to thank you for your consideration. Bye Bye!"
