Talking Heads Aveda Concept Salon

I am new to the Cincinnati area and so this was one of the first salons that I called. It just so happens that I missed an appointment there because of a death in my family. I went out of town and the last thing on my mind was this salon appt. Well, the next day before... I could call to remake an appointment and aplogize for not being able to make it. The owner called and left a nasty voice mail on my phone! His exact words were: \t\n\t\n"Yea, we just wanted to thank you for no showing us, so you can take your nappy a** hair somewhere else and get it flat ironed and a bump, because i called you on Monday & you assured me that you would be here for your appointment.
