they were very eager to sell us a pellet stove. The salesman said they stood behind everything they sold and his word was garantee.However,I'ved had many problems with the stove and I cannot even get a simple call back. They promised me touch up paint almost three months ago but I still have not recieved it.The stove also has some mechanical problems I wish to resolve but it is impossible to talk to a manager or anyone in the service deptartment.I strongly do not reccomend buying a pellet stove from Superior Hearth Spas & Leisure
