New Year Resolutions
With the start of the New Year close at hand, many people will be making resolutions to better their health this year. Most of these resolutions will be focused on weight loss, exercise (weight loss) and eating healthy (weight loss,) and looking good in a bikini come summer (weight loss.)
When considering resolutions this year, don't forget about your biggest organ - your skin. Feeding your skin from both the outside and inside is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and you'll be surprised at how much better you feel.
Here are some easy tips that will not only have you feeling great, but looking good and may just help you keep your weight loss resolution:
- Get In Tune with Your Thirst - Drinking more water will not only help with hunger, but it will hydrate your skin, combat fatigue and help you to get your beauty sleep!
- Eat More Anti-oxidant Rich Foods - Veggies and fruits of every color are rich in anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals - these are not only good for you, but help you combat free radicals, which will keep you looking younger.
- Use Wholesome Skincare - Your skin absorbs what you put on it - meaning all those chemical ridden products on the market go more than skin deep. Aim to use all natural products scented with essential oils, not synthetic fragrances. Essential oils have been used for centuries to beautify and soothe the skin- plus you get the added bonus of aromatherapy!
- Pamper Yourself - taking care of your skin does not have to involve an expensive trip to the spa! You can give yourself a facial at home for pennies. Make things fun and host a Spa Day at your home for the girls - everyone will leave looking and feeling great!

Sunrise Soaps
Is one of my most favorite soaps to date. I'm like a soap gourmet and this soap comes in lovely vibrant scents like lavender patchouli and has the added benefit of goat milk for moisturizing. I always buy extra bars to give away as gifts, and everyone always asks where they can get more!

I love this soap. I suffer from severe dry skin, consequently my hands crack and burn, not so with sunrise soaps. They are gentle enough to use even on dry skin, such as my own. With chronic dry skin and psoriasis, Sunrise Soaps have been wonderful for my skin. These soaps are gentle and conditioning, yet still cleanse well. A hot shower with Spearalyptus soap is amazing for my sinuses. I love the variety of scents, everyday can be a spa day at... home. I've given Sunrise Soaps as gifts to family and friends and they come back asking for more. I highly recommend Sunrise Soaps for their quality soaps and reasonable prices.
Most helpful soap!
I have Sunrise Soaps at every sink and tub in my house. I give the soaps and lotions as gifts to friends and family often. Two who have trouble with eczema they tell me how much it helps. Personally, I love the scents, that I don't feel like there is a lot of gunk le...ft on my skin when I leave the shower, and the gentle exfoliation from the herbs in the soap. I have not bought a commercial bar since I first encountered Sunrise Soaps.

I have been using Sunrise soaps for about a year now and I am totally in love with this product. The bars smell heavenly and are gentle on the skin.
