Sunrise Hypnotherapy

I had my first session with Paula Robbins over 3 years ago and as my awareness deepens, have returned many times since. She is such an intuitive, insightful hypnotherapist and so talented. I have worked with many different folks through my life journey and never had the remarkable, life changing, lasting effects as I have seen through my work with Paula. I originally went to her for help with weight loss and soon found I had a lot more to release before the weight could go. She helped me see the weight retention was simply a result of holding many experiences and traumas through my life. The subconscious is so much deeper than we realize and with Paula's guidance through cellular release I have released lifetimes of baggage along with 35 pounds. I have so many other things that have improved in my life as well, too many to list here, but thought worth sharing that for the first time in my life I actually look forward to exercising and making healthy dietary selections. Working with Paula has been such an amazing gift, I just love our sessions together. Paula is remarkable at holding the space for me to do my work plus her voice is so calming and reassuring it is easy to let go and let my subconscious take over. I have always felt safe and lovingly supported through my work with her! I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of working with Paula!

In addition to my personal work with Paula, I have several of her meditation CDs. I travel a lot for work and enjoy that wherever I am I can take Paula with me. If I am feeling a little down, less than confident, or tempted to fall into old, unhealthy patterns I simply take 20 minutes and listen to one of her meditations.
