Great service and support after a bad experience at the Apple Store
My iMac hard drive crashed and once I took it to Strong Solutions, they asked the right questions, identified what I needed, and provided the needed repairs quickly and professionally.
I first set up an appt at the Apple Store in downtown Spokane. I had an upgraded iMac with a 1.5 Tb drive installed. The drive had crashed and I provided the computer AND my timewarp back up drive. I took it to the "genius" bar, told me to leave it and they would get right back to me. . They were going to open it up and call with info. A week later after numerous calls, stopped in and they just handed it to me and said it was done (and had misplaced my backup!). Turned out they replaced drive with a 500 Gb, did NO reinstall and didn't even check to see if the old data fit on the new drive (didn't). Their solution was to take out the drive, give me the computer so I could go elsewhere.
Such a refreshing experience to walk into Strong Solutions, fix and reinstalled in a day! Strong = Apple Service

Do u guys fix phones that someone tried to jailbreak? On a Iphone 3GS it is ribbon number 3, and if so how much to get it fixed?

By on June 13, 2012I forgot my imac's remote lock, lock code. How much is it to get this fixed. It's covered under the manufacture warranty and I believe I have apple care still.
