Stitch by Design Custom Embroidery

I worked with Frances and she couldn't have made the whole process any easier! The proofs of our logo were awesome and she even pointed us in the right direction for correct thread color to stand out well on our polos. The ordering process was seamless and we were even able to have our order sent to two locations. The products came out beautifully, and when my shirts shrunk in the dryer, I had two replacements a week later...including shipping days! The price was the best around, including orders that were in small quantity. Small family-owned business with BIG hearts, customer service, and style! I will definitely recommend and order again when needed! :)

I received exactly what I ordered, a couple of days sooner than expected.

Couldn't find better prices on multiple t-shirts, in a, impressively wide variety of styles and colors. Shipping was prompt and affordable. Would buy again!

I have two minor issues with shopping at Stich by Design. First, the page from which I purchased my shirts (Men's Unisex T Shirts, Style# 3001C) is not reachable from the drop-down menu, only via Google search. Secondly, checking the order status was somewhat confusing; I wasn't notified that my order had been shipped until the day it arrived, and I had no ETA to predict how long shipping would take.

Other than that, perfectly satisfactory.
