Steak 'n Shake - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

1st off, I would give 0 stars if I could. The drive thru speaker was so low i couldnt hear the person on the other end. I ended up expaining to the guy at the window and told him I would order inside. Inside, there was no place to order except to either sit down or o...rder at the cash register very unlike any fast food place. After ordering: I ended up waiting for 25 minutes for my order. How do you consider this fast food? Do they expect someone going through the drive thru to wait 25 minutes? UNREAL!! I also ordered 2 ice cream to go, both of which were done well before my food and melted by the time food had arrived. To top it off, the girl who took my order, asked what I would like on my burgers, so I told her everything I wanted on them. Twenty-five minutes later, when I finally got my food.....not only did I have 2 melted ice cream sundays, but my food was half wrong and did not have anything on it that I had ordered.
