IT WAS EASY....REALLY!

I recently visited the Staples in Marysville and was pleased with their prices and service. It was a plesant atmosphere from the time I walked in the door. The cashier immediatly said hi and asked me if I needed help finding anything, I declined and started browsing.... In the computer department I was welcomed by a nice young gentleman (I can't remember his name) who answered all of my questions regarding wireless at home. He solld me the products I needed and when I went home and realized I didn't know how to set them up I called the store and they sent someone out to set it all up. They were friendly from begining to end and I thank them for truly making my ireless at home EASY!\t\n\t\nMArk

Easytech is not easy at all

Not content with the level of service I have received. Easytech has again rubbed me the wrong way. I've taken my computers to them for virus cleaning a few times and each time it's never an easy process. There are always delays and unexpected occurrences. You'd think th...at a corporate store like Staples would employee people who knew how to fix things right the first time. This last time was the final straw. They had a pc for over a week and still weren't complete with the service. i had to demand my machine back and take it elsewhere. In 2 days secure remote support had it back to me and working like new again. Easytech take notes because with the continued level of dis-service you're providing it won't be long before you won't have any customers at all.\t\n
