worst store ever
This is the worst place ever- if I can give them 0 stars i would. Highly recommend going to the sprint store in the galleria or just taking care of the issues through sprint customer service by phone. much faster and no waiting in an environment where people are all ...mad. For a broken phone they make me wait for almost 2 weeks and they give me another broken phone. I resolved the issue with sprint through customer service by phone. Afterward, I tried to return a charger for my old phone that wouldn't charge my new phone. The store gave me the exact same charger which didn't work with my model phone.(literally took my charger gave me a new one in a box and said" look its the same" like an :"I told you so") (the box lists the phones the charger charges -I recommend their employees to take one out and verify what its supposed to charge and what they think it can charge and not waste people's time.) Read the instructions people it helps sometime
