We went to sprint even after people told us not to, the sales reps and managers not only lied about the return policy but also about buying us out of our old plan, never telling us we needed to pay first then would get a gift card 12 weeks later! Please don't trust the people that work here!

Watch where you buy your phones.....My daughter purchased a Galaxy S111 at this store for 199.00. Used all of her birthday money to get this phone. Now it is advertised for $49.00. by Sprint. $150.00 difference!!! Sprint and this store in Madison Heights, where we paid cash for this phone out right REFUSES to do anything for us regarding the difference. Not $1.00 credit. Moral of the story kids buy your phone from a reatil store like Best Buy where they will honor sale prices and not over charge a minor by $150.00. Thanks Sprint way to take care of your customers. You lost by buisnees.
