We are committed to serve our Locals and outsiders alike. Our steaks and fish are fresh and hand cut by chef James after your order , we serve large 400 people weddings to intimate wedding anniversary of 2 with same care and pride, Chef James Thomas does most of the cooking, while he is free from the Kitchen you will see him on the floor mingling with customers in the bar or dining area . He is the Owner and sole manager of this location.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying on of the best steaks at Spices on the Green, in Burlington. There is something 'homey' about the place. The salad bar spread, the elaborate menu, and the friendly staff, makes me want to go back more frequent! Keep up the great job and good luck.

Yes, I miss the wonderful feeling of coming home to Spice on the Green. This place make me feel like I just came back home. The food nice and warm, the people with a smile on their face and my appetite big like an elefant. What beautiful memories a warm place in a cold Winter day can make you feel warm and welcome. Thank you my friends for the nice time. God bless you and your business for the open door you have for friends and strangers. You won't be disappoined with this well kept secret place in Burlington, Colorado, Great Steaks and Salmon, shrimp and pasta plates. if you want to dine in this place, you have to ask locals where you can find a good place to eat?, also ask for directions from them.
