Having been it the awards business for over 50 years we have seen some major changes. Specialty Engraving started in atlanta when there where less than a handful of awards companys. We grew with the city building a reputation for quality ,value, and service. that service included dependability. Dependability based on our people and the relationships that they built. This is still true today at specialty but not so with many others. With the advent of the internet Awards discounters are able to reach out with offers of low prices, fast service and great quality. Unfortunately many of them cannot back it up. Low or no inhouse stock or production capibilities, lack of experience, pour delievery methods and an inability to correct mistakes or repond to emergency needs is not uncommon.

Life saver
We had awards ordered in advance from an online supplier out of state. When it came time to receive them they were a no show and when we called to find out when they would arrive we found that the order was back-ordered! WHAT! Our presentation was to be made saturday, ...this was wednesday. We frantically started calling local awards companies from internet google seach. No luck until we hit on Specialty Engraving. We got beeter Awards(crystal) for a better price and had them friday to be presented saturday! You guys are the best!

The Trophys are Amazing
I spent a week at work with my Dad. He is the marketing guy at Specialty Engraving. While I was there they let me build some trophys and even computer engrave some Dog Tags for my football Team. All the guys on my team thought they where Way Cool. The people at Specialty Engraving are way cool also. I hope my Dad lets me go back and help some more next summer.
