I've always had a good experience with Sona med Spa. I've even taken my teen aged kid for treatments. no complaints here.
Customer Service SUCKS...don't waste your money
I spent $3K on laser hair removel, you would think that if you spend that kind of money then you should receive great customer service. My nightmare w/them started after my 1st session...their lasers keep breaking down & I went months w/out treatments. When I requeste...d someone to call me in regards to having to wait so long for their repairs, no one would call me back. I tried getting in touch w/their manager (Trish) & it took 2 weeks to return my call. Now that it's at the end of my treatments (5 more to go), I'm consistantly getting burnt by the laser (by the same tech), So I brought it up to their current manager (Liz), She consistantly made excuses for the tech, never did she apologies or show any sympathy to the situation. She was to call me back on Mon & schedule another treatment & order me some Obagi (spelling) it's 2 wks later & I still havent heard from them. What ever you do..don't waste your money with Sona...Go somewhere else where you will get great customer service
