i bought a spring air back support set from sleep savy and the box spring broke after 1 month i called the store and they said i had to wait for it to be 90 days then they sent me to the people that come and check everything out the inspector said it was manufactors defec. l i should be able to get a new one. then i recvd a letter stating that it wasnt and they will not honor it after all . i took the backing off and it was made of bad wood had alot of knots in the wood and had other cracks on other parts of the pieces of wood. I called and talked to everone i could supervisors ,sales people everyone no one could do anything about it because the inspectors supervisor said it was not there fault but they took pictures they could see how badly made it was but they didnt care. i had to end up throwing it away i had to save money to buy a new set but they didnt care. very bad service on there part. Dont buy from them.
