Sky Net Computer Works will not honor their work, the owner is unprofessional and rude. He assured me that he had done an advance virus removal on my pc, two weeks later the virus was found to still be present by a tech person with one of the virus software programs Frank installed on my pc. Frank said he would take care of it and that I could bring it in that day and the store would be open until 7pm, guess what - the store was closed when I arrived at 6pm. I called the number, no answer, texted - no response. Today I called and Frank said a server was out and then hung up on me. I go in to his store 30 mins. later and he begins to yell at me and tell me that he is not Best Buy or Wal-Mart and that he didn't have to do anything. I told him I wanted a refund, he said he wouldn't refund my money. Sky Net is a very disputable place of business, very shady.

The owner assured me that an advanced virus removal had been done on my pc, two weeks later after I had a virus software tech do a remote access check the virus was found to still be present on my pc. I called Frank the next afternoon, he told me to bring it that day and he'd take care of it, he said he would be at his store until 7pm - when I arrived at 6pm the store was closed. This morning when I asked him what happened he said a major server was down, I was going to ask why he didn't call to let me know he said good-bye and slammed down the phone and hung up. I went to his store 30 mins. later and he yelled at me in front of another customer, he said he wasn't Best Buy or Wal-Mart and he didn't have to do anything, he told me to go get a lawyer and try to take him to court, he said the work wasn't under warranty anymore (it is, it's been less than 30 days). He said he wasn't going to refund my money. He then said he would work on the pc, I declined and told him I didn't trust him after he behaved so inappropriately. Very rude, a thoroughly humiliating experience and now I'm out $130 dollars, I still have the virus that Frank said he took care of, and I had to take verbal abuse simply for expecting him to honor the work or refund my money. The most unpleasant experience I've ever had, I will never trust a small business to take care of my pc again. Sky Net Computer Works gives small businesses a bad name and if I could I would give it zero stars and two thumbs down.
