TERRIBLE COMPANY
these people are crimial. They give you a low quote (and are so nice on the phone) I was quoted $75 an hour... i was moving literally 5 minutes down the road and needed assistance because i am 8 months pregnant. They pull up to my new home and hande me a bill for $1500!...!!!!! when we were quoted $375. When we refused to pay they got in their truck and locked the door and said they were not unloading our stuff.. if we didn't corporate they would take our things. We called the office, and the sweet women i spoke to on the phone was not so sweet anymore. She was rude basically telling me it was our problem. I can't believe this company is in business still after all the compliants agianst them. They are crooks! I have submitted a compliant agianst them with BBB and consumer affairs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I AM TELLING YOU THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!

Worst experience ever... got robbed for twice as much as I was quoted AND they just left my stuff in the parking lot of my condo, so my boyfriend & I had to move everything on our own in the dark. I wasted an hour and a half on the phone w/ the woman in the office who w...as useless and continued to just put us on hold (without telling us she was doing it)... and of course they charged me for that time. If I didn't pay what they asked, they offered to "store my stuff until I had the money, then pay an additional $500 fee to have the delivery rescheduled"... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! And if you've used them and want to take action, I will be filing for a full refund... please feel free to reach out to me at shellivanlinescam@gmail.com. Although I'd love to put this place out of business so no one has to deal w/ an experience like this, all I can do is go after what I paid, but I would love to see others get their (practically stolen) money back too!

Moving scam
Told me I was getting flat rate moving quote, and I agreed to hire them to move me. I gave detailed list of items to be moved and asked for quote based on those items. But day they showed, I was told I had to pay @ $280 extra to move mattress, TV, mirrors, and pay $3.5...0 for each roll of tape they used to wrap furniture blankets. None of this was in the quote or told to me by reps. The moving forman said that's how this business works. Sales reps tell you what you want to hear and them we spring the fees on day of. All moving companies do this. I asked to split difference with them to settle but by the time I talked to manager on phone the truck was packed. Manager said, "I have your stuff. Why should I negotiate? You either pay or I take your stuff." I am a disabled combat veteran and I only have one good leg. I paid. What a scam.
WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the most unprofessional moving team ever! The price you are given when you request a quote is COMPLETELY different from the one you will pay. They won't respond to your emails to ask for the details of the move. They will call you at the last minute to make the ...arrangements, based on what other moves they've got at that point. They showed up late to my place, and by late I mean more than 3 HOURS later than agreed, even though I repeatedly explained that the place where I was moving to, doesn't allow move-ins after a certain time. Because they were so late, they were not allowed to use the elevator, and they charged ME more than 70 dollars per flight! They offer you (and charge you) for three guys to take care of the move, but one of them, spent most of his time in the bathroom (that's right, in the bathroom), the other one pretends to be organizing the truck, and one of them does the actual packing and moving. That of course results in hours and hours of labor, charged at $110
