Sears Auto Center - Closed

This place is terrible. They should be called TIRE center, not auto. I called ahead and asked if they could look at my car because of a whining noise, she said absolutely, sounds like a belt issue, bring it in. I bring it in and ask them to look into the whining and to potentially fix a leaking tire and head off to the mall awaiting a phone call. Over 70 minutes later I walk back and my car is sitting in the parking lot. I walk in and ask if they called to tell me it was ready like they said they would and they told me they forgot. They told me they thought it was a transmission issue and to call my dealer about it and that they fixed my tire...for $20?!??! Then because I asked them to peek at my brakes to see if they were ok, they charged me another $20 just to look at them and say, yep...they're fine. So basically, 70 minutes of waiting got me a patched tire for $40 and no answer other than essentially "we have no idea" on the actual issue I went in there for. Will not go here again.
