ABOUT THE OWNER:
The company is owned and operated by Geneice "Kathy" Foster.
Originally from Massachusetts, and a small business owner herself, she is driven to help small businesses achieve their goals by providing them with the meaningful financial information and analysis necessary for them to succeed.
Kathy is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree. She has worked in several industries in various accounting capacities for over twenty years, and for H&R; Block as a tax preparer, educator, and office manager in the Rochester, NH area.
She not only brings financial reporting expertise to the table, but also takes the time to explain the process in terms that clients can understand and use. Her impeccable work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability all contribute to her ability to give small businesses the peace of mind that they not only have a bookkeeper, but a trusted business partner.

3/31/14 Deadlines You Should Be Aware Of
March 31st is an important deadline with regard to your health insurance
enrollment:
- If you are currently insured, you do not need to do anything but continue your insurance coverage
- If you are uninsured, the open enrollment period through the Health Insurance Marketplace ends 3/31/14.
- If you get insurance through "the Marketplace", you may be eligible to claim tax credits to help lower your insurance premium during 2014, or wait and claim the credit on your 2014 tax return.
- If you are already receiving advance payments of the premium tax credit, be sure to update with any changes in circumstances, such as income, marital status or family size.
- Starting January, 2014 you and your family have been required to have health care coverage, or an exemption from coverage. If you decide to remain uninsured, you may have to make an individual shared responsibility payment when you file your 2014 tax return. In other words, any refund may be used to offset this responsibility.
Also, be sure to file your NH Annual Report by April 1st. Then typical penalty is $50 for filing late. You can file and pay online at: https://www.sos.nh.gov/corporate/soskb/csearch.asp

File Annual Report by April 1, 2014
This is a courtesy reminder to file your 2014 Annual Report Form and/or pay your Annual Fee on or before April 1, 2014, in order to avoid incurring late fee penalties. Failure to file your annual report may result in either an administrative dissolution or suspension of your registration status.
To file your Annual Report online, go to http://www.sos.nh.gov/corporate/annualreport/ and follow the easy step-by-step instructions. You will be prompted to enter your Business ID #, so have it handy when you begin the on-line filing process. For your convenience, fees may be paid using a MasterCard or Visa credit card.
Upon successful filing, you will be given the option to print a copy of your completed Annual Report and related invoice for your records.
If your entity is registered as a Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Professional Corporation, Professional LLC, Limited Liability Partnership, New Hampshire Investment Trust, Consumer Cooperative, Cooperative Marketing and Rural Electrification Association, you need to file a report and pay a fee annually.
