Muggsy's Sub Galley

1.0

By jimmy68 at Citysearch

Well.......I have eaten at muggsy's multiple times and have never had a great experience like everyone says. Most recently, I went with two other people and we all ordered the same thing,(steak and cheese and fries) When our orders came out, we recieved one order of fries with our 3 subs. When brought up to the cashier, he/she seemed snippy and denied that we ordered 3 separate order of fries. No refund or apology was given. The food is mediocre, at best, and WAY overpriced while being underproportioned. I would way rather spend $12+ on something that will fill me up and be good. \t\nI honestly don't know how it made maxim magazine...maybe it was better back in the past and they have slipped since. If that's the case, they need to rethink the way the price food/drink and treat customers. ...read more

Fryn Pan Family Restaurant

5.0

By BEW

Last night was our Anniversary. The watress took our order, brought us salads, meals, and left the bill. The young girl never came back once to ask us how our meal was, my medium-well steak tips were half rare, she didn't ask us if we wanted dessert or if we needed a container to go. Afterwards the watress and salad bar person came over to clear the table and look for their tip. When the tip is more important than the service, you don't deserve it! Good service begats good tips. Service personel need to know how to treat the customer. Plus, a cheerfull greeting and smile can change your attitude and those you serve. We enjoy eating at the Fry'n Pan Restraunt and will return again. The Manager was polite and courtious. ...read more
