I emailed Sarah tons fo times asking about these Scentsy products (I was a new customer) and she always replied promptly and professionally. Received my order from Scentsy in less than a week and everything was wonderfully packaged. Each cube (a bar has 8 cubes) has been lasting over 3 days for me. I leave my warmers on all day, but we do turn it off at night. I crunched the numbers and this is way cheaper than Yankee candle. I want a nursery warmer for my grandbaby now.
