I don't know why address isn't up, but they are located by the Earth Fare on Cherry Rd. 725 to be exact. Very excited to have them back in town. Switched to Dyson thinking the real Electrolux was gone, had problems with the dyson and they fixed it for me, they service everything there! I live in Anchorage, Alaska and every year I visit my mom in Charlotte, N. C. One summer I was looking for somechurch suits and she took me to Song"s. I was so blessed by finding this store. It has everything that i need in clothing and womens attire. The customer Service that I received is second to none. Beware of Store policy on returns & refunds!!!!! I had a very high dollar item that cracked on first time and progressively got worse by third time in the oven. Owner refused to issue replacement, credit or even consider options for partial store credit for other similar items. Very poor customer service. \t\n\t\nI can guarantee that I will make sure to tell all my friends of all the other places they can buy Polish Pottery for 1/3rd of what Blue Rose charges....I.E. TJ Maxx, Tuesday Morning both carry Polish Pottery pieces at a very reasonable price and offer much better customer service _ Have a fair & reasonable return policy. ...read more
