Derek Heppe, with Ace Realty was my agent for purchasing a new house in 2011. He was diligent in bringing me to properties that met my narrow criteria and was patient when I was fussy. He helped us through the frustrating process of an attempted short sale and helped me finally select a property in foreclosure that was perfect. When I was unhappy with my own bank Derek recommended another that provided a much better rate and excellent customer service. When it came time to sell my old home I immediately went back to Derek.
