sap inspections and contracting

My favorite customer is [insert name], who comes by all the time to see friends and pick up a few [commonly purchased items]. I've got a lot of regulars, but [insert name] is my favorite because he [she] is always wearing a smile and [insert favorite reason]. I try and make all my customers happy - in this case, I just try and keep [insert name] as happy as he was when he arrived!
