He got there qu...ickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes. Trust me when I say this, Royal Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Union City, CA! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to ...charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Royal Locksmith Store’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. Talk about quick and responsive service - Royal Locksmith Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pr...o and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price.
