You don't have to pay overpriced "diagnostic" charges and then wonder where your money went. And, perhaps most importantly of all, you don't have to sit and listen while a self-professed expert throws terms and descriptions at you that you don't understand.

No, with Roaming Nerd, all you have to do is give us a call or visit our website to set up an appointment for whatever time is most convenient to you. We will then come to your home or place of business and help you take care of whatever issues you're having. We believe that knowledge is power, so we'll describe exactly what we do in plain English, so there's no need to try and decipher anything. If you have questions, they are welcomed and encouraged! And we do it all for drastically less than the big name computer service centers. Since we are a small operation, we don't have the huge overhead costs of those big name places, and we're able to pass that along to you.

Plus, we believe that the ability to enjoy using your computer, or the knowledge to do so, shouldn't come with a price tag that comes close to breaking the bank. We offer a flat price for an hour long house call, and you are more than welcome to cram as many issues or questions into that time as you can manage.
