Was driving b/w Whitehall and Castle Shannon today, past the Castle Shannon Municipal Building when I saw one of your property rental signs coming down the hill...What road I don't know. I'm from Pittsburgh and just know how to cut through avoiding 88 and 51 as much as possible. I am looking for a large one or small two bedroom home in Castle Shannon, Whitehall, Baldwin, Bethel Park or South Park to rent. Price must be under $750/mo if no utilities are included. I prefer hardwood and windows. Will do yard work on small property. I also have a parrot(mature and well behaved) I will not part with. Am interested in house I saw or others you have available.

Everyone in my building was locked out of their apartments for over a week, because they wouldn't fix the front door after several complaints from us tenants. When my washer broke, they refused to fix that as well. When the access panel above my door was open and snow was coming in my building, they didn't fix that. When squirrel and birds were flying in, they waited months to fix that, and only after several complaints form multiple tenants. They were rude, non-responsive, and unreasonable. Worst experience ever.

We rented a home through this company and our experience was horrible. The house was filthy when we moved in. Any time we had a concern about a repair - be it big or small - our phone calls, emails and letters were ignored. We paid a great deal in rent and the house had not been updated in decades. We moved out two months ago and we are still trying to get our deposit back. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.
