Wow! It's so nice to have a company who truly cares about your family and your time. One Hour Heating and Air came to our home quickly when our furnace went out. Their technician went over our whole system to find the problem and got our furnace working quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I am so grateful to them especially since we were having company the next morning for Christmas. Thank you, One Hour Heating and Air for making our Christmas a warm one!

"Unprofessional"

We made the phone call @ 9 am, they told us they would be here between 12-4 pm, no phone call for eta nor did anyone show. I called to find out if we were going to see a tech today, and I was surprised to hear "we are still out working". I got a call 10 minutes later to tell me the tech was still at his last location finishing up, but he was 45 min to 1 hour away, - that's code for maybe you will see the tech and maybe you wont.\t\n\t\nAfter waiting for 8 hours, nothing, I would not suggest this organization to anyone - not even my worst enemy.
