Mike is friendly and knowledgeable, and provides efficient and honest service. We purchased an oven/range from him, and it was damaged during shipping. Mike ordered the part and replaced it for us---of course, free of charge. He also took a look at our washing mach...ine while he was out. I was convinced it needed a new intake valve---which would have been about $200 to replace (parts plus labor). Even though I was pretty much ready to write him a check to replace the intake valve, Mike saw that the real problem was that the valves were occluded by sediment---which he fixed with a little scraping and spraying. Even though he had every incentive to replace the valve, he gave me the easy and inexpensive fix when he saw that the valve didn't need replacing. That's honesty. I woke up to put my first load of laundry in and within minutes heard a horribly loud noise signaling trouble. It was broken and our management company recommended Mike Reed. I'm so glad they did! Not only did he make it out within 3 hours of my phone call but mana...ged to get the part we needed and make it back that very same evening to fix it. Mike Reed at Reed Appliance Repair fixed my dishwasher for the quoted price, at the quoted time, with no hassle whatsoever. He conveniently accepted PayPal for payment. All said and done, the entire repair and transaction is complete and it hasn't yet been 24 hours si...nce I called Reed Appliance. Been searching for a good selection of 36" gas ranges and Reed App had many to choose from but found that the Bertazzoni X36 5 GGV X was perfect for our needs. Placed our order with Mike on 1/20/11 and he and his brother-in-law had it installed and ready to cook by... 1/29/11 (less than 2 weeks). We did have to have someone else come in after delivery to shorten our gas pipe so we could have the gas range flush to the wall and I'm sure if we called Mike to come back and anchor the range to the wall he would have but my husband was able to do that quickly himself with no problem. Bought Verona Gas Range,one ignitor was defective. Mike R.come over,service was done promptly with greate friendlines,and knowledge.Beside that he fix my Bosch diswasher in gratis(no charge) I would recomended Mike services to everybody,matter of fact I would not use anybody else to fix my apliances.Mike is the man.
