When you see the name Corazon RUN!!! They lie and they charge fees that you do not owe. They charge $100 late fee and then make sure no one is in the office to take your rent payment when it s due. They change their hours constantly without notifying any of the resident...s. Then they aren't there during the hours stated on the door. I believe this is all done on purpose to generate as many $100 late fees as possible every month. I've complained repeatedly about this and the owner whose name is Tony put an eviction notice on my gate yesterday for delinquent rent even though I paid it on time and have their receipt to prove it. I will see them in court over this and will be adding a harassment suit to my claim for unwarranted eviction attempt. As a Realtor, I will also be filing a complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division as well. Based on this and some of the other experiences commented on it appears Corazon Real Estate has no business being in possession of a license.
