We stopped into the Raymour & Flanigan on Walden Avenue just to get an idea what couches they have. A salesman named Scot approached us, and was very pleasant and NOT pushy. After looking around awhile, we were pretty impressed with the price for the quality. Scot approached us a couple of times to see if we needed anything or had questions, but other than that he didn't bother us.\t\n\t\nOnce we decided we will be making a purchase, Scot was very helpful discussing the item details, the warranty information, and the financing. They only had the one color in stock as a sofa bed, and we didn't want to wait 8-10 weeks to order without the bed, so we decided to purchase what they had which was the color we wanted anyway.\t\n\t\nScot made the transaction smooth & quick, and a short while later the purchase was complete. The couch was delivered as scheduled a week later, but they had called beforehand to say the loveseat would be delayed a few days. R&F delivered the loveseat as scheduled as well.\t\n\t\nWe didn't expect to make a purchase that day, let alone make that purchase from R&F. Much of our decision has to do with the terrific salesperson. I would highly recommend going to the Walden Avenue location (just down the street from the Walden Galleria) and working with Scot.
