Mrs. Ralston’s practice areas include civil litigation, family law, divorce, child custody, and immigration and deportation. She has handled many cases involving contentious custody and financial battles with great success. Mrs. Ralston handles all of her cases with the necessary skill and sensitivity, excels at negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and skillfully litigates complex issues in the courtroom. Mrs. Ralston began her career in civil practice in Springdale, AR and worked as an attorney for the Department of Human Services as well. Mrs. Ralston is one of the very few lawyers in the Northwest Arkansas area that handles immigration and deportation cases. Mrs. Ralston is known for her personal attention to each family’s case.
