Prepost

I came here with a group of girlfriends before a night out and it was overall a great experience. It was less crowded than I would have liked- it's not a good sign when there are only two or three tables in use in a supposed "trendy" restaurant...and we were there from 8:30 to 11pm!\t\n\t\nWe had a nice, helpful waiter who looked more like a regular guy ready to go out clubbing himself. The entrees were delicious and the Pre:Post cocktail tasted great. Others in our group ordered different cockatils and were very dissapointed by them- stick with the popular "Pre:Post"! The decor is beautiful, but watch out! The table, menus and everything else we touched was really sticky! \t\n\t\nLocation is key since you walk out the door and are among all the great clubs and bars without having to hop in a taxi.\t\n\t\nOnly bad note is that this restaurant charges $2 for bread! Granted, this isn't a high price, but bread should be offered free of charge in a trendy, nice restaurant that offers entrees between $20 and $30. Charging for bread cheapens the experience.

I was at this place last weekend and I LOVED the sunken lounges. Drinks came a little slow, probably because it was so busy, and the calamari was a bit gummy for my liking. The shrimp rolls were delicious, though, and the crowd was mellow. This is a good place to wind down, but there's definitely only room for that and a bit of mingling.

I went this past Sat with a few friends and the food was amazing. I had the Seared Shrimp which was excellent. The service was ok--could be improved--but as it was crowded we could understand. Server was nice but seemed too busy. The atmosphere was amazing, great scene. Had a great crowd and bar crowd. I was surprised as I saw alot of mixed reviews--but definitely worth checking out.
