Unfortunately, because she didn't have a license that will work against her. A Pre-Paid Legal representative would have been able to represent her for a small fee of $35 a mo. Traffic is an area they work with the most. Specially with teens and tickets. For future reference, the $35 a mo. would have an attorney show up to court with her on her behalf and do all the calling and notifiying as long as she is insured and licensed. Maybe something you want to look into and it not only covers her but everyone in the household under the age of 18 or 21 as a college student.
