I have had manis/pedis in many, many salons over the years. This one is probably the best I've ever been to. The salon itself is lovely and clean. The nail techs did a beautiful job giving me exactly what I wanted in terms of design. They treat you fantastic and even of...fer a complimentary glass of wine! First of all, we live in America, Do you think its great customer service for your employees to talked in a foregin language in front of their customers, I don't, and they can speak English, especially when they are asking for a tip, which when my friend was checking o...ut the nail tech asked repeating about a tip, and she was the only tech that didn't have gloves on while performing the nail care. My tech was very rough, told her several times, my nail color was a horrible job, I could have done better myself. I have a in grown toe nail, asked to please leave it alone, but kept messing with it till she had it bleeding. I will never recommend this place and differently will never go back. I have heard bad reviews about this place but thought hey its a new year... I'd give them a chance. Worst place EVER. I went on a girls day with some friends and we all had the worst service. They have 5 packages to choose from and if you don't purchase the most expensive package, they talk about you and are super RUDE! Don't ever go here. They suck!!
