I am surprised by the positive reviews for this place. Obviously none of these people had their jewelry appraised by Ann after they purchased it. My husband spent almost $4000 on my wedding set, when I went back for an appraisal for our insurance I was told it was valued at $800. Unprofessional and overpriced. Avoid this place!!!!
