Plaza Tire Service in Marion has a very friendly and courteous staff.

i went in wanting new front brake pads. i had an appointment. i was told when i arrived for my appointment that it would be 30min. till they would get to my car, and the brake pads would be on and id be out the door 30min. from then. i had to wait 45min.+ till they got to my car. they had my car sitting in the airon the lift for a good hour or more because they ordered the wrong brake pads. i think that maybe they could have been working on ordering the pads , and the right ones while my car was sitting outside when i had an appointment. i do not recammend them. in fact i will make it an appoint to tell people to not go to them even when they dont ask. these people didnt keep me informed at all about what was going on, i had to ask. i asked if there would be any discount because of all the time spent waisted when i needed to do other things. of course not. these people should be put out of business. customer service and satisfaction is not something they are any good at.
