I paid in full for a $7.95 book. Now they have stolen money from my account that I need to pay bills! I am on a fixed income & need my refund!

I k have charges on my card from your company of miscellaneous amounts from miscellaneous days over the last couple weeks and I called this number and got a personal voicemail . I'm not in the music industry at all and need my money returned!!
