Pizza Hut

We called for times on when the buffet opened and was quotes a time by the lady who answered. We arrived at the time she stated only to be told that the buffet closed an hour before. We asked again what time it opened and was quoted a completely different time. The next day we came at the time the lady in the restraunt quoted only to be told by a different person that they didn't have a buffet on that day. We asked to speak with the manager and he told us that the buffet was open on Thursday afternoons and through the week from 11-2. It was 1:00 and the buffet was closed so we asked if it was to remain open until 2 then why was it closed at 1? He immediately changed his story and said "well today we close at 1" We returned on Thirsday for the buffet the manager said would be open and there was NO buffet. The lady in charge even told us there wasn't a buffet on Thursday. The staff and manager was VERY rude and belligerent and also ignorant as to their hours. We will NEVER go here again and now drive 15min away to eat at the Pozza Hut in Jacksonville - even though this one is right by our house. Horrible staff, horrible customer service.
