Wow this was the best thing I ever did stopped by Philip Anthony Salon these people are the best in town !!!!!!!! much better then that salon down the way from them xscape , they should sit with the stylist at philip anthony for a few day and learn somthings. keep up the good work Philip Anthony ;)

The Best Ever
After visiting all the salons in the rockford area this is the by far better then anything around , the crew there works as a team always on time and ready to help anyone in there salon, I have never felt more welcome and I felt that I underpayed for the work iI had done , Thank You Philip Anthony for being there .
