Helped me with claim against Allstate.
We totaled our vehicle, and we were getting the run-around by Allstate. Then, the Presbyterian physical therapy didn't want to treat me for problems because of the wreck because it was from a wreck. I talked to my sister who had used Caruso for her wreck and she was v...ery happy with the results. When my husband and I met with Mark Caruso we were shocked at what we really didn't know about car wrecks. The law office gave me the list of doctors who would agree to directly bill Allstate and I didn't need to pay the doctors or the attorneys anything until the settlement was done. The attorneys and staff were really easy to work with, especially Marc Rushing. One time when I called them it took 2 days to get a call back, but that was OK. Most of the time I talked to someone the same day I called. Anyway, tey would call almost monthly to see how I was doing, and they would give me an quick update. When it came time to settle, we actually got more money in our pocket than we expected. Our doctors gave us discounts from the amount owed to them for their treatment and Caruso Law Firm even gave us a discount on the attorney fee. It was all about having happy clients and referrals. I have recently recommended a friend from work to Caruso Law Offices.
