Awesome Technicians Friendly Staff
This shop is great ! They offer quality accessories and parts. Their technicians... especially Adrian has been very helpful. This guy lives and breathes bikes. He took the time to help me bring a fixer upper Craigslist bike back to life. It's not even a brand the...y sell. The bike runs flawlessly and the cost was very very reasonable. I also scored a screaming deal on a high end helmet (regularly $85.00) for $55.00. All of the staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy. Highly recommend....keep up the good work guys. Kevin
not a good bike shop
Not a good bike shop. Don't expect any service after the sale. I went there for some maintenance on my bike and left VERY dissatisfied. They did not have the courtesy to call when the work was done. The work done was not done properly and I had to return and ask them to... complete the job. The components they installed broke and I had to haggle with them to replace the parts that broke. They had an attitude that the customer was an aggravation and I felt they just wanted me to go away. They hassle you to join their "team membership" program but treat you like dirt afterwards. The mechanics in the back don't seem to like working there and do minimal work then send you away. Avoid this place terrible customer service.
