Dont waste your time...

Inexperienced sales people who know no idea what there talking about. They would rather make a sell then to help out their customers. No customer satisfaction at all. On top of that the sales manager was pretty rude, walked out without buying a car. While walking out they pronounced my last name in a whole different way rather than saying my correct last name.

Service experience was excellent!

I used Peoria Ford for the first time when I brought my car in for an oil change. They took it in, did the work in a timely manner, and did a good job. They washed the car when they were done, and I didn't have any problems.
