REFUSED TO REFUND DEPOSIT ON WHITE PUPPY AFTER COAT CHANGED
I found white puppy on Patti's site "solid White except one little Blue Eye" photos of solid white puppy. I pay $300 dep. 2 days before flight, puppy pic is white & tan, pink nose now freckled, I request refund - solid white puppy's coat changed over 6 weeks & Patti's r...esponse: "I am sorry, but it was a Non-Refundable Deposit, and I told you that before you ever sent me any money.... There are no Refunds...I could have already sold him." 2 days later puppy is sold & she refuses to refund the deposit
