This contractor used a fictitious name. He got $29,700 and did only 3% of bogus job. Look up St. Johns County Court records. He did not build. He did not even obtain a building permit in 9 months. The pre-permit was a obtained with deception after 8 months. Nothing was done legal. There are other crooks with him such as loan agents and banks that sign everything off without collecting the papers from this company or corporate officer.

I searched for builders and used this company. It seemed that every trade known to construction to include the city never complied or kept schedules! Never gave opinions or useful suggestions, seemed to never have built a home of this type before but had plenty of excuses. I gave a single star only because fractions were not an option.
