In August of 09, I purchased a vehicle from Larry and Phil, Phil was the salesman, and I got to admit he is a really cute guy. The first day I noticed their was some rust, the gentlmen gave me a loaner and I picked up my car the following day. The next month the steering column went bad, Larry and Phil gave me a loaner and it was fixed in one day. I have purchased vehicles from big names like Don Allen and everything that was wrong with my vehicle, never ever got fixed. Here it is ten monhs later and I just came back with another problem, and they fixed it with courtesy and a smile. We've purchased 2 cars from this shop. The first was purchased "as is" and provided years of great service until it was hit (and totaled). The second was purchased with a supplemental warranty, which was paid for. Both Larry and Phil were great to work with: allowing me to take the car to my mechanic prior to purchase. My mother was looking at another car than the one purchased. When we found a problem with that car, Larry would not allow a warranty to be bought. That car wasn't bought (went back to auction) He was absolutely honest, and I would recommend him and the dealership without reservation. I was there on 6/30 I paid 15 dollars for re-newal of drivers permit. Still now 2 1/5 week later still have not recieved anything. Called state they say they never recieved my paper work or my check. The previous review is totally not true. I've been buying cars from this car lot for 10yrs. I've never had a major problem. All used car lots have problems. You sign an agreement which states you buy the car "AS IS"..! Larry and his son Phil always go the extra mile to make sure their customers needs are met. When my second car broke down, they came and picked me up and made sure they serviced my car. They did not have to help me! A lot of people want something for nothing. I wish I could give these buttplugs a lower rating, because this place is the poster child for Lemon Laws R US. They talk to people like idiots and 4 out of 5 of their cars are lemons. The 5th one is a grapefruit. lol.... I can laugh now, but it still hurts a little. Please if you are an unexperienced car buyer then you MUST NOT..... I repeat YOU MUST NOT step one foot into this place! They talk a good game and bring out all of the bells and whistles for you. They tell you they are giving you the deal of a lifetime even lend YOU money to buy THEIR car, "Just pay them back over a period of time,' and when your young and dont have much money to begin with, this sounds like a real "love shot" for sure.
