we normally enjoy the food here, normally.....this time we were completely unhappy....it took forever to be acknowledged by the inept waitress, my husband ordered sweet tea, was told it was out, after she started to fill cup, then used same cup to give him soda, which was funny tasting as well......we asked for no onions on salad, and balsamic dressing...not only did my salad have onions, but we were not given balsamic dressing either....we asked for well done penne pasta well drained, and it came out hard, with a huge puddle under it!!! my daughter spilled someof her drink, and we had to get napkins ourselves, and clean it up, with no assistance, or acknowledgement from waitress. One of the owners came to our table, and we were basically told to be quiet, that there were other customers!!! we waited for them to make the order right, upon their request. whole waiting, another customer spilled coffee, on table seat and floor....I brought them napkins, because staff didnt bother to notice, or help...even when he asked for a cloth to clean it...he was handed a cloth, and cleaned it himself, again with no help or acknowledgment from staff!! And the most upsettiing, was before we even recieved our corrected order, we were handed our bill.....with nothing taken off for the complete inconvenience....we were not even offered a free dessert or anything!!!! I ate there a couple of times when I was in lewistown.but the last time I was there I saw a girl I know-- just started I guess. who is a known drug dealer and god knows what else. no I am not going back. her old man just went back to jail and I'm sure she isn't going to be to far behind. ...read more

They talk about customers behind their back, they pick at the customers food before they give it to them and eat off their plates. Ive seen it! Service is also horrible and it is so tiny and uncomfortable. And it is rude that they talk in italian right in front of you, like you don't know they are talking about you? ...read more
