UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. My bank told me to contact you. So I tried to contact Taco Solo and finally reached a real person after numerous tries and numerous days. Taco Solo told me to contact GrubHub but gave me the wrong phone # for GrubHub. Then after transferring me to more than one department, someone at GrubHub told me they can't remove the unauthorized charge and that now I have to get my bank to dispute the charge. Full circle. This wasn't my bank's mistake, this is an unauthorized charge between Taco Solo and Grub Hub made with my VISA card. I didn't order any food from you. Whatever happened to REAL vendor customer service? Why has this become my problem and my bank's problem? I work in marketing and am computer media savvy, i.e. REVIEWS, yelp, facebook, twitter, etc. Will I ever be your customer? H_____ No! CUSTOMER'S BEWARE!
