They make you pay for the alterations when you purchase the gowns--then refuse to return it. Alterations are a service--not merchandise--and their contract states no refunds--all sales final--but nothing is stated about alteration fees that they take and won't return! ...read more

To say the least they are a couple of scam artist acting like there a family owned business that cares about you, they are theives and almost every word out of there mouths are lies. watch out dont be fooled by them having friends in high places.(BS) Frauds if i could have given you a zero i would have done so. ...read more

After a horrible experience with David's Bridal, we absolutely hit a homerun at Bridaltown. Catherine, our bridal consultant, was professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. She made the whole experience exactly what it should be! Her expertise and personal touch made me so happy that I drove 1.5 hours to get here. I love my dress and also love my bridal party dresses.
