A couple of weeks ago, business had picked up considerably; but this week I haven't had any calls! Maybe it's the weather, or Spring Break, or ......??? It'll pick up again this week, I hope! We have had some more or less typical spring weather this week - some sun breaks, but mostly rain and wind, with a few snow showers and some hail/thunderstorms thrown in for good measure. Not good outdoor working weather, in any case. I raise scented geraniums and other fragrant plants and herbs - they are looking nice, and will be ready for sale in a couple weeks. The first garden show of the season that I am a vendor for is in Aurora, at the Legion Hall April 24 and 25, from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. Lots of plants and crafts for the garden enthusiast, and anyone interested, from sewing and embroidery to jewelry and indoor and outdoor plants. The second show is at the Fairfield Grange Hall on River Road, north of Keizer on the road to St. Paul, on May 3 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Then I usually go to the Canby Saturday Market fropm May 10th through the end of July (maybe into August?). They are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every Saturday until October. So come see us at one of the 3 places, and buy some plants or the all-natural hand and body lotion that my wife makes! Sometimes we have berries or garden vegetables, also. In the spring, we often have vegetable starts, such as tomatoes or cucumbers, too. I still have lots of irrigation fittings that I am phasing out to sell - give me a call, and let's make a deal! I have irrigation gaskets, electrical supplies, and service all your pump and water filtration needs. Just give me a call, and let us take care of your water system needs.
