I just reviewed I would not give them even one star but you can't go lower than a one.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Bamboo Pillow at the Home Show in Dayton Ohio. I spoke in length to the young lady at the booth about wanting something with neck support and that is not too hard. She claimed it had great support for the neck and it I wasn't satisfied that the pillow can be returned as they guarantee satisfaction. The pillow was hard and you could feel the torn up Styrofoam in it. I felt like small pebbles. When I got home I noticed on my receipt instead of a queen pillow that I asked for she had given me a demo King. When I called the company I was told that I can not return it but they will exchange it for a queen I repeatedly told Regina the person at the company who answered the phone that that was not the problem with the pillow. It was the misrepresentation from their sales person. She was no help at all and hung up on my. It took my several times calling back to get her to answer the phone again she was very rude and unwilling to help or answer questions. She did not want to tell me who I could speak to above her or even the owners names of the company. This is not a reputable company they will sell you something and then they are gone once they have your money.!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up a spice grinder and a grater at the Boston Flower Show. The grinder was what I was really interested in, and it will not work on fresh leafy herms as advertised by the saleswoman (only seeds, it looks like; so I have a very expensive pepper mill. It would have been nice if there were a website or at least an email for follow up questions.
